As a third generation metalworker
I’ve spent a lifetime in the precision metal industry.
Lately I’ve found my true destiny, Blacksmithing or more
accurately Bladesmithing. I make handmade knives.
My knives are made from steel heated to a glowing red and forged
to shape by hammer and anvil.
I also create my own Damascus steel. This is steel forged with
up to 400 layers in the same fashion as the ancient Japanese
and Viking swords. The results are wonderful organic patterns
and legendary strength. |
